CloudLinux support team may only connect to your server from the following IPv4 addresses:
23.111.175.214
IPv6, in case you use one on your server:
2604:4500:6:203f::6
Please do not forget to add our IP addresses to the "allow list" on the server firewall (CPHulk, Fail2Ban, CSF/iptables, etc.).
For passwordless authentication and in order to prevent the need in sharing the root password over the Internet, you can enable the key-based authentication. For that, you'll need to place our public key in the following file on your server: /root/.ssh/authorized_keys.
