The customer has billing-related questions related to CloudLinux licenses purchased from partners, not directly from CloudLinux.

Solution

If the customer has purchased a CloudLinux license through one of our partners, not directly via the CloudLinux Portal, the customer should direct all billing-related questions to the partner through whom the CloudLinux license was purchased.

CloudLinux and its partners operate on different billing systems, and CloudLinux does not have access to the partners' billing processes.
