Issue
How centralized monitoring works?
Does it need a lot of resources?
Environment
- Centralized Monitoring
Solution
Centralized Monitoring collects different performance metrics and sends them to our Centralized monitoring server database that enables hosting administrators to monitor the load on all their servers and users.
It provides a detailed look at server performance, including RAM, CPU, disks, system load, network, open files, IO, hardware temperature, number of users, Apache connections, MySQL connections, CPU steal time for VM, and per-user resources.
This tool helps identify the most loaded server and user, allowing administrators to detect performance bottlenecks and manage resource usage effectively. While the tool collects and sends statistics, it is designed to be lightweight and transparent, and it is included with CloudLinux OS+ at no additional cost.
