The installed control panel "plesk" is not officially supported in combination with the CloudLinux OS version 9.

• Cloudlinux  OS 9
• Plesk

Solution

Cloudlinux 9 has not yet been fully integrated from the Plesk side yet, and check the OS requirements using the following pages:

We have additionally reached out to the Plesk Team, and it is planned to include CL9 into 2025 roadmap on Q1, this date might be shifted earlier, but Q1 is a quite confident estimation for now.

Additionally, for now a workaround can be to use Cloudlinux 8 (it can be converted from an Almalinux 8, or installed from an image) which is fully siupported by the Plesk panel.
