How do I check which servers have CL7 and if ELS is billable?

Solution

CloudLinux 7 reached its end of life back on Jun 30, 2024, but we continue offering extended lifecycle support for version 7 at an additional fee. For servers running CloudLinux 7 without cPanel or Plesk an extra 15% fee is applied on top of the CloudLinux OS charges.

To check which servers have CL7, you can follow these steps:

1. Login to your CLN account.
2. Go to Dashboard > CloudLinux OS.
3. Click on the Servers tab on the black table on the left hand.
4. Select "With CL6/CL7" to filter the list of servers.
5. In the "Panel" column, you'll be able to see which ones are without cPanel or Plesk > meaning that are billable by us.
