Solution

ImunifyEmail is currently available for Imunify360 licenses purchased directly from CloudLinux via the CLN (CloudLinux Network) account. Additionally, cPanel offers ImunifyEmail to its Imunify360 customers; however, if the Imunify360 license was purchased through cPanel, customers should be directed to cPanel support for any ImunifyEmail-related license activation queries.

If Imunify360 licenses were purchased through other resellers, ImunifyEmail cannot be added to those licenses.
