How to check if you purchased a license from an authorized partner

Issue

The customer wants to know if they purchased the license from an authorized partner of from CloudLinux directly.

Environment

Solution

In order to check if you have purchased a license from an authorized partner, please verify the following:

• verify the logo on the invoice you received for your licenses: if it looks like the screenshot below, you purchased the licenses from CloudLinux. If not, you purchased through an authorized partner.

• verify your welcome email received when the account was created: if it has the CloudLinux logo and the email was sent from [e-mail], you purchased the licenses from CloudLinux. If not, you purchased through an authorized partner.

   

• verify if you have any recent invoices or active licenses in your CLN account: login to your customer portal with your CLN account credentials and check if the main page shows any active products. In order to check if you have invoices in the account, follow these instructions How to find invoices in the CloudLinux account? . If you have recent invoices, you purchased the licenses from CloudLinux. If not, you purchased through an authorized partner.
