"ERROR for site owner: invalid domain for site key" error on captcha page

Issue

On the Captcha page instead of a checkbox, there is the error:

ERROR for site owner: invalid domain for site key

Environment

• Imunify360
• WebShield
• Captcha

Solution

Please verify that the Captcha key settings are correct and make sure the domain validation is off, as per the screenshot below:

Cause

Domain validation is enabled in the reCaptcha settings in the user's Google account.
