How to report false-positive or false-negative results of Malware Database Scanner?

Solution
As of today, to report false-negative or false-positive events for the Malware Database Scanner, feel free to contact the Support Team.
When opening a ticket, describe what happened, specify in which particular database and table FP/FN was detected, and if possible, send a dump of that table with the detected content.
