How to register a purchased license after a trial? How to unregister the server?
Environment
- Imunify360
- ImunifyAV+
Solution
If you need to register your server, so you have activated the trial license already, firstly, unregister the current trial license. You need to run the following command.
- For Imunify360: imunify360-agent unregister
- For ImunifyAV+: imunify-antivirus unregister
Secondly, activate a new license, run one of these commands. Replace word KEY with your real license key. If you are using Plesk and don't have the real key, please, check our article.
- For Imunify360 (key-based license): imunify360-agent register KEY
- For Imunify360 (IP-based license): imunify360-agent register IPL
- For ImunifyAV: imunify-antivirus register KEY

NB! Please note that once a new key is registered or the current one is re-registered on the server, the server ID is changed and the statistics in the Dashboard charts will be flushed. The thing is that the statistics is collected per the server ID and shown in the Imunify Dashboard s once it is updated, you will see the charts for the newly created events only. This covers all the charts: all alerts, detected malware, Captcha, WAF, cleanup events.
