imunify360-ipsd.service failed. Why Imunify ipsd package was removed?

Issue

You might have the following error:

Unit imunify360-ipsd.service entered failed state.
imunify360-ipsd.service failed.

Imunify ipsd package was removed during the update.

Environment

• Imunify360 ver.6

Solution

This package is obsolete. The obsolete plugin was replaced with the imunify360-wafd. This plugin has been installed on your server recently.

If you have errors in the /var/log/imunify360/error.log, you can run the following commands to reset failed services:

systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl reset-failed
