Enable disk quotas in order to get rid of this warning. To do so, you can follow any guide for the xfs filesystem:
If you don't want to enable quotas, you can also disable this particular checker by running this command:
cldiag --disable-cron-checkers check_cagefs_partition_disk_quota
Disk quotas are not enabled.
