Accounts/domains exclusion from the Imunify protection

Issue

Is it possible to disable Imunify360 for certain accounts/domains?

Environment

Any supported environment for Imunify360/ImunifyAV.

Solution

Imunify360 protection is affecting all the domains hosted and accounts created on the server. There is no way to select what domains/accounts can be protected/scanned and what can be skipped/ignored.

Cause

The types of licenses available are also based on the number of user accounts existing on the server and thus, while choosing the type of the license to order, it is necessary to take into account the total number of users created on the server without exceptions.
