The customers' server was blocked on the IP level or the license was suspended.

Cause 

The U.S. government has imposed sanctions on the following countries: North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, and Russia (effective from Sep 1st, 2024). Also, CloudLinux is prohibited from the exportation, reexportation, sale, or supply, directly or indirectly, of any goods, services, or technology to the Crimea region and other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Based on these restrictions, CloudLinux integrates IP geolocation blocking control to prevent the violation of these US-sanction controls.
