Issue

My server was blocked on IP level or my license was suspended.

Environment

• CloudLinux/Imunify/KernelCare

Solution

To un-suspend the license and unblock the server, follow these steps:

1. Remove the domain mentioned in the notification you've received from CloudLinux

2. Notify the CloudLinux Support team in any convenient way

3. We will reinstate the license and notify you back

Cause 

In compliance with existing sanctions, we've suspended licenses for the IPs hosting any websites of the Russian government, or any other sanctioned companies or organizations.
