Issue
Customer’s hosting administrator sees all forwarded emails which have been filtered as spam inside a root quarantine space (not divided for user’s accounts). Forwarded email means an email when some local user sets up a forward from a local email address to some other email server or ESP like Gmail.

We're working on it.
Cause
Imunify Email can’t yet reliably attribute forwarded emails to a particular domain.
