Some LVE enabled users have RAM usage at 100%, and they have low number or no processes at all
Some LVE enabled users have invalid values in
/proc/bc/lveXXXX/meminfowhere the total mem, cache, active... shows the total amount of the same values from the server itself. So the user has no free memory based on LVE parameters.
cagefsctl remounttemporarily resolves it, but after several hours the issue comes back.
- Disk cache usage is not an issue
- CloudLinux 7
- Kernel version:
Update kernel version to 3.10.0-962.3.2.lve1.5.70.el7 or newer by using the following command:
# yum update kernel --enablerepo=cloudlinux-rollout-2-bypass
Note: At the moment the kernel package is in rollout slot, thus it may be instable and you can always disable rollout on your server using this article.
