Imunify360 is a complete suite of mitigations to fight against malware and advanced attack vectors on the web stuff, it has a built-in SMTP Traffic Manager that acts as a firewall for outcoming e-mail like controlling who has privileges to send a mail-out on the server's MTA but it does not deliver advanced email filtering features.
