Is it possible to disable LVE Faults Email Notifications for all users by default but allow some users enable them on demand?

Issue

Some of my users would like to receive "LVE faults email notifications", but according to CloudLinux documentation: 
"Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable LVE Faults Email Notifications for all users by default so that users can enable the feature themselves in their interface".

I would like to disable "LVE Faults Email Notifications" for all current users so that new users would have notifications disabled by default, but they could enable them on demand.

Solution

To disable LVE Stats Email Notifications for a user, create an empty file named lvestats_notifications_off in this user home directory (for example /home/example-user/.lvestats/lvestats_notifications_off ).

LVE Stats Email Notifications are disabled for a user if this user has an empty .lvestats/lvestats_notifications_off  file in their home directory If this file does not exist, notifications are enabled. So to enable notifications back, just remove that file

Warning: If you disable notifications globally, the end-users will not be able to manage notifications in UI, they will only see the disabled checkbox:
