Can't upload file on a website

Issue

The file uploading finishes without a result or with an error. The error log may show the following:

[loaclhost] Backend error on sending request(POST /?gf_page HTTP/1.0); uri(/?gf_page) content-length(1681916662) (lsphp is killed?): SendRequest: write to backend socket failed: errno 32, referer: https://domain.com/sample/path

Environment

• CloudLinux 6/7/8
• Any control panel

Solution

Check if the user reached the LVE limits that were set in the CloudLinux Manager. Maybe some of them should be increased. Most likely, the user reaches the Pmem limit.

Cause

LVE limits were reached by the user, the process can be killed or slowed down and terminated due to timeout.
