Failure to log in to the account due to the error "Login is incorrect or doesn't exist"

Solution
The login name may be different from the email address used during the sign-up process.
To enter your account, customers are advised to use the login name that was used during the registration process.
Customers can find the login name in the welcome email.
Also, please note that the login field is case-sensitive. Try entering the login name with a capital and lowercase letter.
Please use the Submit request option to open a ticket to the Billing department for further assistance.
