How to upgrade or downgrade the Imunify360 license type?
Environment
- Imunify360 Security Products
- Key-based licensing account
Solution
- The upgrade option only works for key-based Imunify360 licenses that have registered servers.
Customers have to cancel unused licenses in case the Imunify360 license is not activated on the server. To do it, refer to the "Useful Links" section.
Please follow these steps to upgrade your Imunify360 license(s):
- Log in to the CloudLinux Portal
- Select the Imunify360 license type that needs to be upgraded and click on Upgrade
- On the Starting product section, click on license quantity and enter the number of licenses you would like upgraded
- Click on Select Servers and mark the checkboxes with the servers you wish to upgrade
- Select the new license type from the dropdown menu on the Transfer licenses to section
- On the right side at the top of this dialog box, you will see the total amount details for the new license
- Click on Upgrade.
Once all steps are completed, the selected server(s) will automatically be upgraded. Server re-registration is not required. An invoice will be generated automatically for the prorated charges of the license and will be sent to the email listed as email for Billing in your account.
- In order to downgrade an Imunify360 license: please open a request with the Billing team by clicking on Submit a request below.
