The customer wants to transfer licenses from cPanel to the CloudLinux Portal.

Please note that licenses cannot automatically be transferred from cPanel to the CloudLinux Portal.
In order to transfer the licenses from cPanel to the customer's CloudLinux account, the customer should follow the steps below:
- Contact cPanel directly and ask to cancel the CloudLinux licenses purchased from cPanel (to stop further billing by cPanel;
- Purchase the required licenses from CloudLinux directly:
2.2. Dashboard -> click on the Billing section (right top corner of the page);
2.3. Click on the Purchase section (left menu);
2.4. Select the product and enter the number of licenses and click on Add to cart;
2.5. After the products are added to the cart, click on the Cart (right top corner of the page);
2.6. Click on Pay Now button;
3. Re-register servers using an activation key generated in the CloudLinux account once the purchase is completed. The activation key should be sent to the customer's email address along with the installation instructions.
The customer needs to transfer licenses from cPanel to the CloudLinux Portal.
