Imunify360 was purchased but the license key has not been sent to the customer.

Solution
Please, note that the Imunify360 activation key is sent to the customer's contact email address set up inside the account portal right after the purchase is completed.
Welcome to Imunify360 - Purchase Confirmation email will also provide the installation instructions and the customer's login details.
Additionally, customers can find the Imunify360 activation key on the Dashboard inside the customer portal.
Please use the Submit request option to open a ticket to the Billing department in case of additional questions.
