Issue
The customer's account is locked because of an outstanding balance.
Environment:
- All products
Solution
Once the payment is made, the account will be unlocked automatically.
In order to make the payment:
1. Please log in to your CloudLinux Account
2. Once logged in, the system will show the PAY NOW button along with the message below:
3. Click the PAY NOW button
4. Add the payment method
4. Once the payment is made, the account will be unlocked immediately.
Cause
Accounts are locked along with active subscriptions if at least one invoice is past due for over 30 days.
