Issue
The customer's account is locked because of outstanding balance.

Solution
Once the payment is made, the account will automatically be unlocked.
In order to make the payment:
1. Please log in to your account using the link
2. After login, the system will show the PAY NOW button along with the message below:
3. Click the PAY NOW button;
4. Add the payment method;
4. Once the payment is made, the account will immediately be unlocked.
