Customers want to know how to check the status of the license inside the account portal, i.e. if the license/subscription is active.

Customers who want to make sure that the license is active and can be used need to check the status of the paid subscription to make sure that it is active.
The subscription status can be checked under the Billing -> Subscriptions section inside the account portal (like shown in the picture below).
The Subscriptions section also provides the following useful information:
- The list of billable products that are currently active;
- The number of active licenses per active subscription, i.e. the number of paid licenses;
The end day of the current billing cycle.
Please, note that paid subscriptions are automatically renewed, which means that unless unsubscribed customers will be invoiced for the number of active licenses that are shown under the Subscriptions section on the next day after the Active till date, which will be the renewal date of the active subscription.
Please, note that clicking the Unsubscribe option will lead to the cancellation of the entire subscription and, therefore, the deactivation of the service on all registered servers.
It is not clear how to check the status of the license inside the account portal.
