The customer wants to change the ImunifyAV+ license to Imunify360
There's no actual upgrade between Imunify360 and ImunifyAV+ as they are both different products with separate billing.
The upgrade option only works for example, if the customer wants to change a key-based Imunify360 single user to Imunify360 up to 30 users (the same product but different types of licenses).
If the customer wants to stop being billed for ImunifyAV+, it's not enough to purchase an Imunify360 license. It is necessary to:
- Remove ImunifyAV+ from the Servers list (for key-based) or IP licenses list (for IP-based);
This step is mandatory as it will stop the billing for the ImunifyAV+ license. Otherwise, the billing for ImunifyAV+ will continue regardless there are duplicated licenses for the same server.
- Install Imunify360 after that.
