The customer is unable to login to the account portal

Solution
Please, make sure that the Username and the current password are used to access the account portal.
Note that the Username does not always match the customer's email address that was used for the sign-up.
If, for any reason, the Username is lost or forgotten, please, use the Forgot password option to receive the Reset Password email that will have the Username included.
