    Thank you for reaching out! In order to understand the problem in the kernel or in packages, you can run this command:

    needs-restarting

    The output will show which processes use the old binaries. If the output is empty, please create a ticket here https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and technical experts will help you asap.

    Hello Ashwini,
    Thanks for following up! This output of the command means that some software has been updated and WHM recommends you restart the server to apply these updates. But this is only on your decision - you can restart these services manually one by one, or leave them as they are because your kernel is secured/safe and this is the main purpose of KernelCare.
