Imunify360 gui won't load in plesk

    Hello Glenn,

    Apologies for the late reply, I as see your request has been answered in support ticket. But, just in case, here are instructions:

    You can try to restart the Imunify360 service using the following command:

    # systemctl restart imunify360

    If the issue persists after that, please provide me with the output of the following commands:

    # grep -i error /var/log/plesk/panel.log
    # imunify360-agent doctor

    Hi Maria,

    Here's the output from IM doctor: SSfE0PLZK8ggsp07.f8c21446-1f5e-4cf9-b905-5638929e90a6

    I checked Plesk panel log and it's long but nothing appears to be related to imunify. 

    I tried restarting Imunify on both servers and it failed.

    Next step?
