Issue
The system unexpectedly rebooted and appeared to be stuck at the RAM stage. After performing a forced reboot, the server has been repeatedly rebooting.

After replacing the RAM, the system is entering emergency mode during boot. Based on our checks, the root filesystem is mounted successfully, but the system fails to mount /boot/efi with the following error:
mount: unknown filesystem type 'vfat'
modprobe: FATAL: Module vfat not found
modprobe: FATAL: Module vfat not found
We have also tried switching between multiple available kernels, but the issue persists across all of them.
Additionally, we noticed that the required kernel modules (fat/vfat) are not present for the running kernel, which may indicate a mismatch or incomplete kernel modules installation.
