Tweak apache logs to match the visitor IP in apache logs instead of CDN IP.

Issue

When CDN support is enabled, Webshield shows the correct Client IP in its log, whereas

on apache, the logs grab the Cloudflare CDN IP instead of the Client IP.

Solution

In the Apache LogFormat configuration strings for correct representation of a remote host IP address it is required using:

%a	Client IP address of the request

instead of

%h	Remote hostname
