Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our developers looked into the issue, and here’s what they found:
The problem occurred due to an issue with retrieving the document root for the domain ecom.mrvsn.com
. Specifically, the API method cpapi
encountered an error:
clcommon.cpapi.cpapiexceptions.NoDomain: CloudLinux control panel API: Can't obtain document root for domain 'ecom.mrvsn.com'
This appears to be a bug in the docroot
method of the cpapi
. Our team has applied a quick workaround to address this issue temporarily, and the domain should now work as expected.
Additionally, we’ve logged a task for a permanent bug fix: CLPRO-2600. Please try accessing the domain again and let us know if you encounter any further issues.
