N/A username shown for LVE users in cPanel CloudLinux Manager

Issue

• After cPanel migration to the CloudLinux server, N/A as an LVE username is displayed in the cPanel CloudLinux Manager
• Clicking on the Edit button, the following error is shown:
  

  Error xxx is not a panel user. xxx is the LVE number.

Environment

• CloudLinux
• cPanel

Solution

1. Run the following command:

# cagefsctl --force-update && cagefsctl --remount-all

Cause

LVE structure discrepancy.

P.S.: username "51736" is related to the jetbackup software. It is created by jetbackup to limit the backup processes.
