Disable reseller limits after update / downgrade

Issue

After upgrading (it also happens with downgrading) the setting is enabled and all accounts get access to the CloudLinux Manager settings.

• CloudLinux OS
• CloudLinux Manager

Solution

That is normal behavior when the CloudLinux Manager plugin gets disabled for a cPanel accountbecause this account has disabled reseller limits.

During package update, the lvemanager deletes thesoftware-lvemanager plugin from all resellers absent in the output of thelvectl list-reseller --with-nameand adds this plugin for resellers with enabled reseller limits.
