Enable AccelerateWP and Redis buttons are missed

Issue

The following buttons have disappeared whilst AccelerateWP Premium suite is enabled:  

Enable Redis
Enable AccelerateWP

Environment

• CloudLinux OS Shared Pro
• AccelerateWP Premium

Solution

• Enable AccelerateWP Premium without SmartAdvice  via the shell command (on behalf of an end-user):
  

  # su - exampleuser
  $ cloudlinux-awp-user enable --domain "<domain_name>" --wp-path "<relative_to_docroot_path_to_wordpress_installation>" --feature=object_cache

Cause

The ability to activate plugins without SmartAdvice will be introduced in one of the upcoming AccelerateWP releases.
