Solution

1. Use this CLI command to enable AccelerateWP Premium without SmartAdvice:

cloudlinux-awp-user enable --domain "<domain_name>" --wp-path "<path_to_wordpress_installation>" --feature=object_cache

Cause

Currently, this is the only way we could offer to enable features without having the advice available.
We will be adding the ability to manually activate plugins without advice in an upcoming release.
