CloudLinux Manager is not available for a reseller

Issue

The "LVE Manager" plugin software-lvemanager permission is applied to a reseller. However, when the reseller navigates to the "CloudLinux Manager", there is a message:

CloudLinux Manager is not available. Please, contact your hoster.

Environment

• CloudLinux OS 6/7/8
• cPanel

Solution

1. Please verify that the limits are correctly enabled, as outlined here. 
2. Typically, the "Manage Limits" option has not been enabled for the reseller account:

Cause

The "Manage Limits" option was disabled for a reseller.
