How to submit a request to CloudLinux Support

Issue

I want to submit the tech/billing-related request to get the assistance.

Environment

• All CloudLinux products

Solution

You can submit your request on our website following the steps below.  

1. Go to our website;
2. Click on Support;
   
3. Select on Knowledge base;
4. Click on Support Ticket;
   
5. Select the product group or billing questions (depending on your request and the team). For the tech questions - please select the appropriate product group to proceed. If you select "Billing Questions", the ticket will be moved to Billing queue. 
6. Complete the request details.
