How to submit a request to CloudLinux Support

Issue

I want to submit the tech/billing-related request to get the assistance.

Environment

• All CloudLinux products

Solution

You can submit your request from this KnowledgeBase following the steps below.

1. Click on Support Ticket in top-right;
   
2. Select the product group or billing questions (depending on your request and the team). For the tech questions - please select the appropriate product group to proceed. If you select "Billing Questions", the ticket will be moved to Billing queue. 
3. Complete the request details.
