Jetbackup higher than normal IOwait during execution of backups

Issue

During the execution of jetbackup daily backups, the IOwait is increasing considerably and the server is halted. 

Environment

• CloudLinux OS
• Kernel < 4.18.0-513.18.1.lve.el8
• jetbackup

Solution

1. Updating to the latest CloudLinux release, to be able to install the latest kernel
   

   # rpm -Uhv https://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/8/cloudlinux-release-latest-8.rpm

2.  Update kernel and kmodlve module to the latest available
