symbol lookup error: /opt/alt/php81/usr/lib64/php/modules/zip.so: undefined symbol: zip_compression_method_supported

Issue

Websites report 503 error. Upon inspection of the web server log /etc/apache2/logs/stderr.log the following error can be seen:
```
symbol lookup error: /opt/alt/php81/usr/lib64/php/modules/zip.so: undefined symbol: zip_compression_method_supported
```
Accessing end-user PHP Selector UI results in the error. Running the command provided in the reported error message the following error appears:
```
symbol lookup error: /opt/alt/php81/usr/lib64/php/modules/zip.so: undefined symbol: zip_compression_method_supported
```

Install or update alt-libzip package to the latest version
