Per Domain Settings tab is missing or does nothing when MultiPHP Manager is disabled

Issue

The Per Domain Settings option in PHP Selector is missing, unavailable, or nothing happens when it is clicked in cPanel:

Environment

• CloudLinux 
• Per-Site Isolation
• PHP Selector
• lvemanager < 7.11.37-1

Solution

Update the LVE Manager to  lvemanager-7.11.37-1.

yum update lvemanager --enablerepo=cloudlinux-rollout-1-bypass

Cause

This was resolved under CLPRO-3025.

Per Domain PHP Selector user interface depended on MultiPHP Manager being available in the users’ cPanel feature set. When MultiPHP Manager was disabled or unavailable, Per Domain Settings option did not work as expected.
