clquota ERROR on XFS filesystem: user quota sync failed for /dev/XXX: Function not implemented

Issue

• In the /var/log/messages, `clquota` returns the following error for the XFS partitions each time an inode quota is changed:

  clquota:ERROR output of the command: /usr/bin/quotasync /dev/sdc
  quotasync: user quota sync failed for /dev/sdc: Function not implemented

• Checking quotas for these xfs mounts shows that they should be enabled and "xfs_quota -x -c state" does return as it should

Environment

• CloudLinux
• lvemanager < 7.11.6-1
• cPanel

Solution

Update the lvemanager to at least version 7.11.6-1
