Issue

The Imunify360 installation process in the UI is stuck:

Environment

• Imunify360

Solution

1. Check the file `/var/imunify360/upgrade_process_started`:

# ll /var/imunify360/upgrade_process_started
-rw-r--r-- 1 root _imunify 0 Oct 2 16:29 /var/imunify360/upgrade_process_started

2. Remove it if exists:

# mv /var/imunify360/upgrade_process_started /root/

Cause

Issues during installation initialisation.
