How to enable image optimization in Dashboard?

Issue

The Image Optimization option inside AccelerateWP WordPress plugin is currently greyed out, even if the premium features were enabled for all users. 

Environment

• AccelerateWP 

Solution

1. Activate advanced performance analytics. This can be done under the "X-RAY" tab in CloudLinux Manager.

2. Setup CloudLinux license with AccelerateWP Billable Premium services for regular users

Note: If premium features have been enabled for a user account in the AccelerateWP administrative interface (in WHM), then you need to log in to the user account in cPanel and enable the desired feature in the AccelerateWP plugin. After that, it will become available.

Cause

Billable Premium Services were not enabled.
