dbtop shows wrong values. Governor library version mismatch

Issue

• After update of governor-mysql to version 1.2-125 the following error can be seen in the governor error log file:
  

  [governor_server.c:323:statsrv_receive_statistics_from_mysqld] [ERR:STAT] Governor library version mismatch fixed - stat processing restored

• dbtop is reporting lots of users exceeding limits with great values

Environment

• governor-mysql < 1.2-126
• DB Governor

Solution

Update governor-mysql to version 1.2-126:

# yum clean all && yum update governor-mysql

Cause
