Solution

The situation is being reviewed by ALT-PHP developers within an internal task ALTPHP-2343. A fix is expected to be released the next week.

For now you can workaround the issue manually by running system update without cloudlinux-rollout-12 repository:

yum update --disablerepo=cloudlinux-rollout-12

We have released an updated brotli package to the main CloudLinux repository, which should resolve the previous dependency conflict.
 
Run the following command to update:

yum update alt-php83*
