WHM account terminating fail: No module named 'wpos_modify_user_hook'

Issue

• After disabling Accelerate WP account terminating from WHM and WHMCS failed with:

  Module Terminate Failed - Service ID: x - Error: 
  Hook denied execution of killacct: Failed to execute hook /usr/share/cloudlinux/hooks/cpanel/prekillacct
  [...]
  
  Here is another detailed error:
  info [xml-api] STDERR output from hook: /usr/share/cloudlinux/hooks/cpanel/prekillacct
  [...]
  ImportError: No module named 'wpos_modify_user_hook'

• Accelerate WP package is installed:

  # rpm -qf /opt/clwpos/wp-cli
  accelerate-wp-1.0-2.el7.cloudlinux.x86_64

Environment

• CloudLinux OS Shared Pro
• AccelerateWP

Solution

1. Reinstall the AccelerateWP with the lve-utils package:

   # yum reinstall accelerate-wp lve-utils

Cause

The outdated WordPress Optimization Suite package was not uninstalled completely or the package files were broken. 

Starting from lve-utils 6.3.5-1, all AccelerateWP (ex. WPOS) related utilities and codebase were moved into a separate package accelerate-wp.
