Is the active subscription renewed automatically once it is activated?

Solution

Yes. Unless canceled, the system will automatically renew the active subscription and generate the renewal invoice depending on the purchase date and chosen billing cycle. 

For example, the initial purchase was made on January 2nd, 2022:

• For a monthly subscription, the renewal invoice will be generated on every 2nd day of the following month until the subscription is fully canceled.
• For the yearly subscription, the renewal invoice will be generated annually on January 2nd until the subscription is canceled.
